Charged after cancellation?

I sent emails last week regarding cancelling my account, provided all relevant detail. I was told on Saturday someone would contact me within 24 hours. Nobody has called me and now I have been charged. What gives? How long will it take to get a refund? Has anyone had any experience with this?

I've had the same experience.  Tried phoning and was told the issue had been sent to accounts.  Tried emailing and was told I would receive a reply within 48 hours.  That was a month ago.
