Hi 

I tried to active my sim but the reply SMS failed. Is it due to the bad weather currently? What do you suggest I do.

Thanks for raising this to us. We'd love to arrange one of our Mobile Specialists to provide assistance on activating the SIM card, please send me your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) together with alternate contact number and preferred time.

Thanks Shane I managed to get hold of some from TPG to help me out. It is all sorted now.
