Thanks for raising this to us. I'd like to clarify if you're trying to retrieve a forgotten slave e-mail also what e-mail address you're trying to add on the account
In the event that remember the username of the TPG account/e-mail address we did an article that will help you on how to retrieve it, Forgot your TPG account password?
