Seeking refund for period 01 SEP - 31 DEC 2020 for non functioning NBN

Hello,


We tried to cancel our TPG internet multiple times through 2020 as it would not work no matter what we tried.

You would not allow us to cancel, and kept placing hurdles in the way.

Fortunately we have now cancelled after many phone calls, emails and time being invested.

 

I would like a refund of the $240 spend on the service from September - December, where we never got any usage and were not provided adequate support or cooperation from your staff.
