Service cancelation

Hi TPG Team,

I have tried 3 times to call and discuss my wish to cancel my contract with TPG yesterday. I spent 2 hours on the phone for that. EAch time i was disconnected at an attempt to forward my call to your cancelation team which apparently cannot be contacted by customers directly. Please call me back ASAP on 04xxxxxxxx so i can discuss my service cancelation request with you. I am awaiting your call URGENTLY. Please take your long-standing customers seriously or else you they will drop off in larger and larger numbers.
