Service termination

Hi,

I would like to terminate my service next month. What do I have to do? I am currently not in Australia to receive any call to my mobile number. Is it possible to communicate using email?

We regret to know that you wish to discontinue your account with us. We need to have this raised to our Escalations Team. Can you PM us the following:

• Customer ID or username of the account you wish to cancel
• Reason for cancellation
• Your Email address

Also, we'd like to clarify if you completely moved out of Australia or not.
