I wanted to switch from ADSL to NBN but the TPG rep set up a new account for me instead. Another TPG rep realised her mistake and closed this new account and “switched” my old account instead.
I only received my pre-payment of $64.99 for the “wrong/new” NBN account after 2 whole months and NUMEROUS phone calls to TPG. However, $10 shipping of the modem was deducted from my refund. Why is that? The whole fiasco was a mistake made by the first TPG rep. Why should I pay for shipping of the modem when I never used or even received at all?
