Hi,
I am singularly amongst my friends using TPG and amd singularly experiencing pings greater than 200ms connecting to the Final Fantasy XIV Japan servers. Unfortunately with results of 300ms I am looking at changing RSP is there is no solution to the routing problem presented in the trace route results below.
A friend was kind enough to provide a trace route from Aussie Broadband which shows routing through Signapore with significantly lower latency. The Image below a trace route with Aussie Broadband.
Note a similar issue occured previously for me with PUBG whereas friends were also not experiencing this significant higher ping/latency with their service providers.
Please let me know if there is anything further I can do to assist with looking into this issue.
If this cannot be resolved than I would personally consider the service provided to be inadequate for purpose.
