NBN internet connection dropping out

Hi, over the last few days my internet had been dropping out. I’ve lodged multiple faults to no reply yet. Usually when it drops I go and reset the modem and then wait 5 minutes and it usually gets back on. I’ve been waiting a few hours now tonight and it still isn’t back on. What is going on? I’m in Leichhardt, NSW.
