Someone should provide help here during Cov-19

We have our own problems, there is no excuse for blaming the situation and not answering questions here.


I need my cancellation processed, there is no answering from my phone call, no reply to posts and private messages. 


It is illegal for any company to stall customers and charge us more when we need to cancel the service.


Turning away does not solve the issue only inflict the pain.


I need the cancellation ASAP.
