I have been trying for four months now,
Your service is not good.
Our Son James has relied on the internet and tpg blamed weather conditions from January.
Bull** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see you have taken your money when the internet really is substandard.
But,

I checked your ADSL service on our systems for 2566, and line tests are outside of spec.

I have created a fault ticket for our engineers and someone will call you within 24-48hrs.

 

I have PMed you your fault reference number.
