Hi I switched my NBN network and telephone service to Telstra, and the transfer completed on March 25. But TPG still charged $69.99 for my April’s network. After chat with TPG bill and customer service, they said my NBN network still with TPG and she transferred the chat to a specialist to help cancel the TPG NBN network. But after one hour waiting, no one talk to me. I then open a new chat with technical service team member, he said I am not contact the correct department and he transferred the chat again. Another 1.5 hour waiting, still no one chat with me. I know the customer service are affected by the coronavirus, but almost 3 hours not solve any problem. That is ridiculous. So anyone here can help me for the billing refund and cancellation network?
