TPG 4G service not provided

I have contacted TPG by phone due to repeated outages without any notifications. As service not provided by TPG, I asked for charges to move to NBN and was advised that I will receive the offer by email.

I need to receive offer asap as I need to make a decision. I have been with TPG for 11 years and moved from NBN to 4G because of TPG recommendation. Moving back from 4G to NBN, will cost me higher charges while there is no fault at my end. 

I used to pay $59.99 a month for NBN before I moved to 4G. Please get back to me as I have an offer from another company and I need to make up my mind.
