Hello,
I received an email yesterday saying that my TPG Mobile service has been cancelled as requested. But I never requested the cancellation of this service.
I tried to contact you 3 times and asked for you to call me back. You were supposed to call me back 1 hour later: 2 days later still nothing!!!!
Can someone reply quickly as I need my phone working!!!!!!!
