Thanks for letting us know about this, I appreciate it (and the screenshot!) and apologise for the inconvenience.

 

I'm not able to replicate the issue as of posting, but I'll ensure our IT teams are aware of this so it can be looked into further. 

 

Is there anything we can help with relating to your invoices or your account now?

Indeed. It was transient. All good now.
