 I've been asked to RETURN A MODEM that's being used & that modem IS UNDER CONTRACT with TPG for 6 MONTHS.

Its too hard to explain everyting here but I'm getting the RUN AROUND with TPG AGAIN!!!

They can't seem to understand that there is TOO MANY ISSUE's that we have to deal with,especially customer service!!
