Is there any options to speak with local Australian reps or are all TPG staff located offshore? I spoke with friendly sales people when I signed up was wondering what the call in support model was like?
In my experience TPG's sales, technical support and billing agents seem to be in the Phillipines, however, I have dealt with Aussie technicians who came to my home to install Fibre to the Building. I also went to their head office in North Ryde where the logistics department is lcoated to pick up my modem (because I didn't want to pay the $10 delivery charge!).
