TPG internet balance amount

Hello,

My account id is *******.

I had confirmed over a call with TPG helpline that my request for change in plan would be revoked and the internet connection would be terminated by the end of the current billing cycle.

However, the plan has automatically been changed and an additional balance amount of $33.06 has been levied. Could you please rectify the balance due.
