Hi,
I have been unable to update my credit card details for the past month. The problem seems to be from TPG's end. I've tried different browsers, computers, networks and also on mobile with the same result. Upon submission, it goes to a blank page or goes back to the same page but nothing has been updated. Is TPG aware of the issue and when will it be fixed?

If you are unable to update the payment details on file, then we might need to raise it with our Accounts team and have someone to call you.
