This is the 3rd request after mobile is down for 3 weeks! leave this crap service

There is no edit payment button in my account, the service guy just repeated the same information and paste the link without knowing it is a dashboard bug.

I have had enough after 10 years with TPG.

Cant connect to the call service, wasting my time on this useless community service and emails which no one respond. Worst ever experience.

I dont want to waste more time on this matter, please cancel my service immediately, and please email me the o/s invoice to close the account (bearing in mind, I do not want to pay any extra money because your service is down)

We chased this with the assigned Complaints Resolution Case Manager handling this case, expect an update via SMS or Email.

I have provided my account information in the private msg, please go ahead cancel my account. I had enough with TPG, I couldnt reach your phone line.

Also, I have ported to another service provider, the post-paid account number you have provided in my invoice or dashboard is incorrect! please let me know my post-paid account number. Otherwise, I cant use the new service.

Please if you cant manage your own product, at least dont hold your customer to join others!
