I have spoken to TPG on 28/02/2020 and been informed that my contract lentgh will be reduced to 3 months. Also have been informed that will sent a text wbeh updated. Since then I have not recieved any update. I checked and still its showing I have 17 months of contract left where it should be reduced down to 3 months as promised. Please check and advice me the update for ticket reference number 77375688.
