Get online support

Tpg app Login Failed. Product is not supported.

Good afternoon, 

I recently downloaded the TPG app but couldnt log in. It mentioned:

 

Your TPG product is not supported by the My TPG app. 

 

I hope there is a way to get this to work. That would be wonderful.

Welcome to the community!

 

Thanks for raising this to us, currently not all products have been added to the My TPG app. We are working on supporting more products in the future. For now, NBN, TPG Fibre to the Building (FTTB), and ADSL2+ Home Bundle are supported by the app.
