Hi, I was just wondering if I would be able to transfer my nbn service from optus to TPG when both are under different account names? Thanks

You may need to cancel the current account from another provider before transferring the service with us.
If you are going to port or transfer your phone number with us, then you need to place the order with us first and make sure that the current account is active to avoid failure of the transfer.
