Tried for 18 days to cancel my account

I sent numerous emails, and called and used online chat, my account is still not cancelled. The online chat staff assured me that the 30 days notice period will start from the day I first sent the cancellation email on 26/3/20, but until now tpg still has not processed it.

I'm also calling tpg now and so far waited 2 hours and 55 minutes without anyone answering my call.
