Trouble cancelling - moved house already

Hello - my son is having trouble with identify verification for the purpose of cancelling his account. He has moved back in with us after he had to leave his apartment 2nd Sept. He’s not receiving code for verification so he keeps getting charged for internet service . Could we please have a real person look at this. He registered for TPG community but the email verification doesn’t arrive.

We can get that sorted for your son. Is he able to message us on Facebook or Instagram? We'll need to speak to the account holder directly to access the account.
