Trouble getting into my TPG internet account

Hi! 
I've been having trouble getting into my account and I can't seem to find a way around it. I have contacted the customer support numbers but it seems to be automated and not giving me much direction. 
I know my account number, username and password but once I sign in it says it will send me a verification on the phone number provided. Only issue is that it's not my number or no ones I know. I know my number is somewhere on the account as I receive text messages from tpg but I just can't seem to log in. 
I need to update my card details and I'm unable to. 
I just need some guidance in what direction I should go in for help please.

Let us help and see what we can do to update your mobile number on the account so you can get OTP to access the account online. Could you flick me a message with your details?
