Hi!  I've been having trouble getting into my account and I can't seem to find a way around it. I have contacted the customer support numbers but it seems to be automated and not giving me much direction.  I know my account number, username and password but once I sign in it says it will send me a verification on the phone number provided. Only issue is that it's not my number or no ones I know. I know my number is somewhere on the account as I receive text messages from tpg but I just can't seem to log in.  I need to update my card details and I'm unable to.  I just need some guidance in what direction I should go in for help please.  Thank you ...
