Unable to Login to TPG My Account

Hi,

 

I'm a new user to TPG. I created my account and ordered a sim on Wed, Aug 17, 2022. In the email it says that I will receive an email within 2 business date once its confirmed. But up until now, I haven't received such email. 

And I cannot login to the TPG my account also. It says "Something has gone wrong. You will be redirected to the homepage. Please try again later." I have tried using both username, customer reference and order reference. But no luck, same error.

Appreciate your prompt response in checking this issue.

I have the same problem. And I couldn't even see the option of sending private messages.
