Unable to Send Email Authentication Denied

Hi All,

I received this TPG-A02 (Authentication Denied) error.  Apparently my email address is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse.  I changed my password, and waited 2 hours but still no joy. How does one contact the Postmaster to unblock my account.

We understand that you've already performed the basic troubleshooting and contacted our Technical team.

The affected Email address was already removed from the block lists and should start working.
