Unable to access change of novus controls

I wanted to change my mobile plans online but realised the website changed and my plan now stated moved to novus, but no matter how I tried to update my information and Google searched for novus it just won’t show up. The old web page no longer have to option to change plans as well. How do I access the novus controls
