Once you've downloaded the copies, you can convert them into pdf before saving.
You may also PM us with your Customer ID/username and the date range of the copies you require so we can send them via the email address registered on your account.

How can I get pdf copies of bill? The ones in my account are not downloadable as pdf. I need to submit my bills copies as proof of residential address. Thanks
