Unable to access new dashboard for mobile plans

Hi,

 

I seem to be having the same issue as a few others.

Trying to log into the new account dashboard for the mobile plans but keep getting error messages (tried mobile numbers, acct id's etc).

When I log into the old account for our NBN plan and try to redirect to the new site, I can see everything briefly then it comes up with an oops something went wrong message and redirects me back to the original system.

Hi @markwilko75 

 

In order to access your Mobile account, you need to use its own username or customer ID number. The password is usually the same with your internet account.

 

If you don't remember your Mobile account details, just send us a private message and we'll check on what we can arrange for you.
