Get online support
I have tried unsuccessfully for the last 5hours to contact customer support via hanging on the line (2hrs)!requesting call back only for the call back to happen and then being hung up on, asking sales via online to get customer support to call me ... didn't happen either. Tpg very quick to debit incorrect amounts from my account, but I am not impressed with this lack of service
