Unable to login

Hi, I'm not able to log-in, the reset password link doesn't work. I tried to call TPG but they don't let my verify myself without a one time passcode to my registered phone. I'm overseas and don't have the phone number with me so I can't do that. Is there any way I can regain access to my account? Please help.
