Unable to make payment

Hi guys,

 

Hope you are well.

 

I had my credit card details in the TPG system for payment deduction, but my bank card recently expired and the payment didn't go through. I therefore updated my payment method with my bank account details for Direct Debit. However when I attempted to pay for the overdue amout the system says it can only be done with credit card and asked me to update my payment method. When I tried to update my payment method, the system wouldn't allow me because "An exisiting payment transaction is in progress".

 

Could anyone be so kind to advise me what to do? Thank you very much.
