Hi TPG support,
I'm currently unable to update direct debit details and have it set as method of payment.
After filling in debit details in "Update Contact & Payment Details" and confirming, the page would reset with no indication of successful update - this has been tested on different browsers and devices.
I've checked in "Check Your Current Balance" that the only available method of pay is by credit card, but the details for that has recently expired. Updating details for credit card is also a similar issue, however, I wish to switch from credit card to direct debit.
Hope this can be resolved.
