Unable to update payment details - transaction already in progress

Hello,
I don’t have a way to call your support services as it has been suspended due to failure of payment.
I just need to revert the payment details to the info that was in the system originally where I have transferred enough for you to deduct the funds. I tried to change the CC details and I’m now unable to change them back. Could someone email or message me to help?
