Unable to update the card details from abroad

My credit card has recently changed, and when I'm trying to log in to my account, it's asking to enter OTP sent on my registered mobile to proceed. I'm currently overseas on holidays until the end of Jan, and I don't have access to my AU mobile number here. I have got an email from TPG today on the failed monthly payment due to old card details. Is there any alternate way to update my credit card details?
