Unable to view my account ie. my dashboard

I have been trying to log into my account to access my dashboard for the last 2 weeks using Edge on my laptop and Safari on my phone.  It keeps bringing the sms verification page up and when I enters the code, an error comes up " Something has gone wrong, you will be re-directed to your home page, please try again later".  It goes in a loop with this process and I cannot get into my account..  I have been on the phone and waiting to be connected for over 45 mins on several occasions and could not get through to anyone.  Is there someone who can help here please.

Are you trying to access your mobile account from your internet account login?


If yes, then you need to stop that and start to access your mobile account using its own username or customer ID number. The password should be the same as your internet account.
