Unexplained charge for outside included value - where to find details?

Our NBN 50 with home phone just got an extra charge for $10.33 which was taken directly from my credit card.

But the only usage in the past few months we can see is for 3 short calls to mobile for 0.58 each - where can I find an explanation of what this $10.33 represents?

I have received a similar charge! "The balance of your Home Phone Prepayment Outside Included Value has dropped below $10.00, and we have initiated a debit of $10.20 to restore the balance to $20.00." I thought the $10 charge for the landline included unlimited national calls?
