Hi there TPG I'll keep this simple my nan and I have attempted to update her bank card details repeatedly we called tpg the day prior and the woman stated she would ring my nan back but hasnt the card details are corrent and all info has been filled out weve been going at this for 7 houses now and this is beyond a joke there is nothing wrong with her details or card info ive checked ive attemted to update it myself more then one and nothing it keeps stateing there is an issue with infomation yet will not state what it is now the bill is late and its not even our fuilt its on yous and your poor help we will not be paying the late fees regardless so if anyone has a way to fix this issue please tell me how because im ready to call up first thing tomorrow morning and have some words enought is enough
