Get online support
I have tried to update my credit card details online through My Account and it looks like it is processing and then just goes to a blank page.
I then spent over 30 minutes on a call and tried to do it through the secure payments. I tried this 3 times and it couldn't save the details.
The customer service rep just kept saying I was entering something wrong and to try again. Same outcome. I basically told her that if I can't update this I will have no choice but to go to another provider. She just said sorry to hear that.
Why is this so hard
