Changing payment method - unsuccessful after 2 phone calls

Hi there.


I spoke to the operators twice about changing the payment method from the debit card to my credit card.


Both times the operator told me it has been resolved and the next payment should be debited out from my credit card, which it hasn't to this day. This was from June last year.


I know I am bringing this issue up after a while, because it hasn't been a big deal until now, but I have to get it done now.


If you could reach out to me ASAP that would be greately appreciated.

We checked the account and it shows that the payment method is through credit card that's been linked to the account.


There's no delay with the payment as well.


If you are experiencing issues in processing the payment through your credit card, we'll raise this with our Accounts team for further checking.
