I have an old POP3 email account. I want to change it to IMAP. How can I do that? My account doesn't show an option for 'change your plan' and the links I've found seem to be only for setting up a new IMAP account.

Upgrading eemail account can only be done with the help of our Account Specialists, please shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file also include your best contact number and preferred time.
