Updating Billing Details

My billing details failed, as my Credit Card expired.

 

I have tried to update my Credit card details, but nothing happened. My outstanding amount is still outstanding. I click pay "make a payment" and this failed too.

 

One of our family mobile phones has stopped working and I need help ASAP.
