How can I get my NBN upgraded? Every time i try I get the error i get E:adsl_comm:thread_exists
I have rung numerous times and be cut off or kept on hold constantly. When i did get through they assured me the problem would be fixed. This was a week ago. Now there is no option to ring up and the online services are not giving me any service and do not reply to queries.
Can i get a person to look at this and give me a solution.
