I have 4months to go with my current plan and want to upgrade, will there be additional charges other than the monthly plan fees. I currently pay 59.99 and want to move to a 69.99 plan, but I see that there is a service fee to do this??
BTW I've been on chat support twice counting down from 400s queue and then being disconnected by the 'customer service operator'.
