Urgent Cancellation- can't pay anymore

Hi There, i'm unable to get through to you to cancel my account by phone/ online chat/ support submission page over a week now, going around in circles and when transferred to customer support the automated message hangs up the call. I understand the current situation with lack of staffing however unable to provide a response through email is pathetic. Worst service provider dealt with to date.
