VInternet drop out - no data when test connection

Hello team,
We have had internet drop out since 14th Jan, logged a fault case on 15th but has not been resolved. Tried to call support but was waiting over an hour. Check nbn outages but none reported

The disruption we experienced yesterday evening has been resolved. If you're still experiencing connectivity issues, rebooting your modem should get you back online.
