I have the same issue. The answer you get from the help desk, "To access your My Account, you will need to receive a one time passcode on the mobile contact number nominated on your account." Obviously someone didn't read the question properly. As the customer said, they are overseas and DON'T have access to the nominated number in their account. Same situation that I am in. I'm overseas using a local SIM (number) and DON'T have access to my Australian number until I return to Australia. So how do I receive the OTP. Really silly securirty system if you are overseas!!!!
